Please use the online ordering facility to add products to your shopping cart. Once you have made your selection, please proceed to the checkout where you must add your personal details. Once you press submit, an email will be sent to us containing your order and your information. You will also receive an email confirmation.

For orders over R150, Free seeds will automatically be added to your order.

IMPORTANT! - Please make payment only once stock and price has been verified via a return email to you. If you pre-pay before confirmation, we will inform you and either substitute any out of stock items with a similar product, or refund the product to you, less banking costs.

If you send an email confirmation of your payment from your banking facility, this will speed up the processing and dispatch process.

Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. This can take around 3 working days.

Postal insurance is highly recommended. Proof of posting, via supplied tracking number, is proof of shipment from us.

2. Once you are finished click "checkout now"

3. Confirm you order, and select insurance option

4. Fill in your details on the checkout page - make sure to fill in the required fields correctly please.

5. Press submit

6. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Wait until you receive a stock and price confirmation email

6. Make payment and send payment confirmation to "payments@mrchilli.co.za"

7. Receive your order and start growing

Please note that orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received. This secures your order in the event that stock may be very low.


Shipping information

All items are shipped via economail in 'Jiffy bags' for maximum protection. We also provide a tracking number with which you can track your order. The tracking number will start with "PE" for standard deliveries, and "PA" for insured deliveries.
