San Marzano
Ask any chef and they’ll tell you that San Marzanos are the best tomatoes for sauce. In fact, just ask us! these are without a doubt one of the sweetest plum tomatoes ever tasted! The flesh of San Marzanos is thicker and meatier than other sauce tomatoes, they have fewer seeds, a bolder flavor, and they’re less acidic. The end result? These tomatoes just melt into sauces, or cut them in two, sprinkle with salt and top with a small piece of basil for a perfect experience!.
